SHIP/MIPPA Coordinator

The SHIP/MIPPA Coordinator helps LGBTQ+ older adults understand their healthcare options by offering clear, supportive counseling through the State Health Insurance Assistance Program and the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (SHIP/MIPPA). This role also involves guiding and supporting a team of volunteer counselors and community partners, with direction from the No Wrong Door Director and support from the Volunteer and Executive Coordinator.

PCOC Coordinator

The PCOC Coordinator plays a key role in helping LGBTQ+ older adults explore their care and support options through Person Centered Options Counseling (PCOC). This position ensures smooth day-to-day coordination of appointments, referrals, and volunteers, while also managing administrative tasks and data tracking. The Coordinator works closely with the No Wrong Door Director, with additional support from the Volunteer Coordinator and Executive Coordinator.
