Development Director

The Development Director will lead MiGen’s corporate and individual giving strategies, with a focus on building relationships and creating new opportunities for people and organizations to invest in MiGen.

A new addition to the MiGen team, the Development Director will work closely with executive leadership and leadership team peers while helping shape how MiGen approaches development. The role is centered on growing relationships with donors, businesses and community partners and building the support that helps MiGen continue and expand its work with LGBTQ+ aging adults and those who care for them.
