Executive Administrator
The Executive Administrator will play a key role on MiGen’s diverse team, supporting both our executive leadership and the organization at large. This position will help keep daily operations running smoothly while also assisting leaders with big-picture projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling, preparing meeting agendas and materials, coordinating travel, supporting board and donor communications and more. The role also involves maintaining accurate contact information and donor records, as well as helping the team stay organized and connected with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to keep everything moving forward with professionalism and discretion.
Data Strategy Manager
The Data Strategy Manager will be key to shaping and carrying out MiGen’s organization-wide data strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and priorities. This role will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on work – translating organizational needs into meaningful metrics, guiding data collection and analysis, and transforming insights into clear reports and visualizations that inform decision-making. also will collaborate across teams to promote a culture of data-informed action, develop and refine processes for data quality and governance, and present findings and strategies to leadership in practical, impactful ways.
